Here's how the evening will unfold — we look forward to celebrating with you!
Fireside Cabins — guests should be parked by 3:30 and seated by 3:50.
On the bank of the San Juan River. Please remember - no phones at the ceremony; phones should be put away and silenced.
Enjoy light food and drinks at the covered pavilion area next to the tent while the wedding party and family are photographed. Please reserve the reception plates/glasses on the tables for dinner service.
Please be seated at a table in the tent by 5:30. The wedding party will make an entrance and the bride and groom will give a welcome address after entering.
Taco bar buffet inside the white tent. Please use ceramic dinner plates for dinner service and glass wine glasses for drinks. Choose a table leader for the Table Trivia game!
Winners of the table trivia game will be announced!
After speeches by the wedding party, guests will have a chance to give a toast to the couple.
Join the bride and groom in the cake-cutting ceremony, then share in the delicious dessert.
After the first ceremonial dances, get onto the dance floor and enjoy the lights and DJ music!
Say your goodbyes to the bride and groom and send them off with love.

ENVIROMENTAL IMPACT: Please support our effort for a low-environmental impact by throwing plastic cups in the recycle bins. Paper napkins and paper plates can be thrown in trash bins. Please place metal cutlery, china plates, glass wine glasses and cloth napkins in the bins near the catering tables. Thank you!

GOOGLE PHOTOS
To upload your own photos to the shared Google Photos album, use the Photo Album link for 'view & upload'. In the Google photos app, use the add photos icon (looks like a little photo with a + sign), then select photos from your camera to upload!
TABLE TRIVIA
Table trivia is meant to be a fun and collaborative game to interact with others at your table during the reception dinner. Everyone can access the game to view the questions using the Play Now link in the Trivia Game box, but each table will choose only one person to be the designated Leader who will be the official scorekeeper and follow the LEADER path in the app. Others at the table can read the questions as 'Participants', then provide their input to the Leader who will record a final answer. Once the start of the Trivia game is announced during dinner, go through each of the 13 questions about Ivory and Nolan and have the Leader record the answers to get a final score. Prizes for the table winners will be awarded at the end of the dinner service! IN THE EVENT YOU CANNOT SUBMIT YOUR ANSWERS due to an error from no service or something else, simply keep the screen open on your phone and then let the MC know your score when the game ends and the MC asks if anyone had problems submitting.
